As long as I've been a therapist, it's been evident that the cornerstone of good mental health is a healthy family system. There are no perfect families, and many people have family experiences that set them up to struggle in their own intimate relationships. When I discovered "Prepare/Enrich", and got certified as a facilitator, I was pleased to know it was backed by decades of clinical research. Even if you already have an individual therapist, we can work together either clinically or self-directed using the program's workbook. If you are in a relationship, whether married or not, this program as the potential to improve that relationship minimally by 31%!

How It Works

as my client:
Both partners get a link to their email with instructions to enter the Prepare/Enrich Website. The assessment is only $35, a one- time fee. Each takes it separately, at their own pace, and it is automatically scored and sent to me with personalized target areas. We would schedule a meeting to review the results and provide recommendations in the areas needed for growth. You purchase the workbook online for $4.99 and are given homework assignments or we work through it together if you wish. Its that easy.
